15T/Day Ink Wastewater Treatment Machine for Water-based Printing Wastewater
Product Description
1. Stable operation. The treatment process employs enhanced coagulation, internal electrolysis, adsorption, and advanced chemical oxidation for color removal. It is supplemented with unique pH adjustment technology to remove a majority of the cations and anions from the wastewater while adjusting the PH value. This ensures that the treated wastewater meets the design requirements for reuse in adhesive production and washing water.
2. Simple and reliable operation, with minimal investment and optimal results. It eliminates the traditional physical-chemical and biochemical treatment processes, effectively addressing the demanding requirements of water quality for biochemical treatment and the instability caused by variations in temperature and influent water quality.
Processed by our machine, the wastewater becomes colorless and can be used for the following aspects:
1. Reuse to make the starch glue for the corrugated production line;
2. The factory daily paper board production;
3. And also can be used for other ways, such as washing the glue disks and some other production equipment in order to get our target “Zero Discharge”.
